Introduction
I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Management in Universidad de Santiago de Chile and I am working as an adjunct professor at the School of Social Work in Universidad Católica de Chile. My doctoral research deals with diversity, multiples identities, and identity conflict. At the same time, I supervise social work students' field practice. My present research interests are diversity and social & organizational identity in social services
