Introduction
I’m working as a postdoctoral researcher within the fields of nutrition, one carbon metabolism, epigenetics and metabolic syndrome to find new possibilities for preventing lifestyle diseases. Currently I’m focusing on early life nutrition as a way of preventing lifestyle diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes. My main nutritional focus area is whole grain and polyunsaturated long chain fatty acids consumption in human dietary intervention trials.
