Introduction
M. Tolga Akbulut has graduated form Saint-Benoit High School in Istanbul. He received his Bachelor’s degree in architecture from Istanbul Technical University and his Master’s degree in Istanbul Technical University Architectural Design Program. In 2001, he completed the “Architectural Parasismique” DPEA Program (Diplôme Propre aux Ecoles d’Architecture) at Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Marseille in France. M. Tolga Akbulut received PhD degree in Architectural Design Program in 2014 from Yildiz Technical University where is conducting research activities in the areas of Design Education, Housing and Residential Design, Seismic Architecture (Architecture Parasismique) and Architecture for Children.
