Introduction
Dr. Lura Rexhepi Mahmutaj, holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and SME Management, double degree from University of Nice Sophia Antipolis & University St. Kliment Ohridski Bitola. Also, holds a MSC in Strategic Project Management (European) from Heriot Watt University, Politecnico Di Milano and Umea University. She completed Training of Trainers in higher education. Study visits on Nice Sophia Antipolis; Tuck fellow in Dartmouth; Erasmus Mundus teaching and training mobilities in Germany and Poland.
