Introduction
Dr. Raimi has a strong research orientation with growing interest in the fields of Entrepreneurship, Development Economics, Management Theory, HRM, Governance and CSR. This multidisciplinary focus has further the dissemination of knowledge to broad spectrum of people. My research philosophy is pragmatism – an amalgam of positivism and interpretivism. Guided by this hybrid philosophy, I have overtime focus on understanding the rich opportunities hidden in reinventing CSR investments as mechanisms for stimulating entrepreneurship in the developing context. To this end, I have worked on designing replicable entrepreneurship models and metrics for leveraging CSR as tool for entrepreneurship development in most of my research.
