Introduction
I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. I teach subjects such as Human Resources Management and Managerial Communication. I focus on the issues of human resource management, human resource development, international human resource management, corporate culture and managerial communication. I have the experience of working as a professional lecturer providing lectures, courses and trainings to the employees.
