Wer Partizipation und Personenzentrierung fördern will, der kommt an digitalen Medien nicht vorbei. Wenn es um digitale Lösungen für analoge Zwecke geht, stehen gemeinnützige Organisationen wie Wohlfahrtsverbände, Genossenschaften, Stiftungen, Gewerkschaften und Kirchen jedoch noch am Anfang.

Um zu erfassen, welche Bildungsbedarfe die Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung haben, wurde die Methode des World Cafés angewandt. Im Rahmen des World Cafés kamen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung aus unterschiedlichen Abteilungen der jeweils teilnehmenden Einrichtung zusammen und bekamen die Möglichkeit, ihre Bildungsbedarfe zu äußern.

Im Vorgehen der Sekundäranalyse wurden mit Vertretenden der ausgewählten Einrichtungen Erstgespräche terminiert und geführt, um vorhandene Analysen zu den Bildungsbedarfen zu erfassen.
