La finalidad del estudio es mejorar la prevención delictiva en el ámbito empresarial y la investigación policial de la delincuencia económica y empresarial, así como la intervención penitenciaria en relación con los responsables, a partir de la identificación de perfiles e indicadores de riesgo diferenciales que permitan, por un lado, la elaboración de instrumentos de predicción y evaluación de riesgo aplicables al ámbito empresarial y, por otro lado, la automatización y tecnificación de la gestión del tratamiento penitenciario, con el fin de lograr mayor individualización y eficacia.
