Introduction
I am Senior Economist in the Strategy & Development Effectiveness Department at IDB Invest, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am a Ph.D. in Economics at Universidad de San Andrés (UdeSA). I hold a Master in Economics from UdeSA, and a B.S. in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. My areas of expertise include development economics, policy and project evaluation, productive development, and applied economics.
