Introduction
Lucas Olmedo holds a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Rural Development by the NUI-Government of Ireland. He previously worked within the H2020-MSCA-ITN project RurAction. Lucas is based at the Department of Food Business and Development, University College Cork.
