I'm the director of the Digital Agenda Observatory and the Design Thinking for Business Observatory.
I work as senior researcher in the Digital Innovation in Healthcare Observatory and in the Smart Working Observatory.
I graduated with a MSc and a BSc of Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. I've achieved a PhD in Management from the same University.
