Introduction
I am a researcher and lecturer in Swansea University, Wales UK. My interests include qualitative research into entrepreneurship, leadership and how these are developed in organisations. I am also recently interested in affordances of alternative social media platforms like Reddit.
I am the Deputy Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership here in the School of Management as well as contributor to our multi-disciplinary forum SCIENTIA.
