Introduction
I am Lotfollah Behroo Jaaniaar, a PhD candidate (2021) in the field of "Food Hygiene and Quality Control" at the University of Tehran. I am currently working on my PhD thesis on "Prevention/Management of Food Allergies". I am also a reviewer for several prestigious international journals in the field of allergies, etc. Meanwhile, I am employed at Farhangian University in Tehran province as a "student affairs expert".
