Introduction
Albert Einstein said:“Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth.” Therefore, I see no reason in asking or answering questions that will be revised in a way that gives no arguments for censoring. We,as scientists, should be the defenders of truth and the freedom of expressing one’s thoughts If something should stand in our way,we are to find ways to peacefully remove the obstacles. But, if obstacles are irremovable, the smart thing to do would be to let the enemies of freedom be.

Small parts assembly system design is very difficult engineering activity. The activity starts with system analysis of assembly liability of product as term of reference for design of assembly transfer center. Referring to the given conditions automatic assembly with inspection has been designed. The developed control system is based on pneumatic c...
The transfer matrix function has a particular significance in dynamical analysis of real linear singular multivariable
feedback control systems from the stand point of input – output realations, under the zero conditions. Natural connection with fequency domain is obvious, necesary and therefore present in numerous methodes and approaches. Several...
Selection of equipment for extinguishing forest fires with a special emphasis on equipment for fire-fighting water and mapping applicable fighting equipment...
This study examines the experiences of how a sample of 30 researchers in Europe and Asia express their perceptions, describe their experiences and navigate the challenges of predatory publishing. Most of the respondents commented on lack of experience of researchers and also the desire for quick publishing as reasons why inexperienced researchers u...
The aim of the study was to evaluate our practice of self-directed learning (SDL) among pre-university students in Malaysia. Respondents provided data on their previous school learning experiences besides present SDL experiences in college. We carried out exploratory factor analysis based on the school data. We did a confirmatory factor analysis us...
The present world of academia is fraught with challenges, and researchers face ethical issues in publishing. We are investigating issues connected with this.
This scientific Symposium has became traditional. This is the third one in row.
This is traditional practice at my college - collection of papers written by college stuff as well as associate researchers. I had an intention to make international editorial board and to bring some authors from abroad.
The last Technical College Pozarevac Monograph for 35 years since College was established.
Collection of papers presented at Symposium on Risk management
Monograph issued for 30 years since our institution was established.
This paper gives sufficient conditions for the stability of linear descriptor discrete delay systems of the particular form. These new, delay-independent sufficient conditions are derived using approach based on Lyapunov's direct method. This paper, for the first time, offers a general case in the sense that necessity for regularity of system basic...
This paper give su-cient conditions for the stability of linear singular continuous and descriptor time delay systems of the form E _ x(t) = A0x(t) + A1x(t ¡ ¿) and Ex(k) = A0x(k) + A1x(k ¡ 1), respectively. These new, delay-independent conditions are derived using approach based on Lya- punov's direct method. Approach that has been applied is base...

Our aim is to improve the existing results concerning asymptotic stability
of a particular class of linear discrete time delay systems. This paper extends one of
the basic results in the area of Lyapunov (asymptotic) to linear, discrete, time
invariant time-delay systems. This result is given in the form of only sufficient
conditions and represent...

Paper extends some basic results from the area of finite time and practical stability to linear, continuous, time invariant nonautonomous time-delay systems. Sufficient conditions of this kind of stability, for particular class of time-delay systems are derived.
This paper treats the application of artificial neural networks in the domain of digital automata synthesis. The results obtained during the research were satisfactory, although they are still preliminary. The applied algorithm is given while the same had been used for the synthesis of both combinational and sequential automata. These very practica...

In this paper the descriptor (singular, semi-state) systems
described by a mixture of algebraic and difference equations are
treated. The geometric treatment of consistent initial conditions that
generate tractable solutions (sequences) to such problems and the
construction of non-Lyapunov stability theory to bound rates of decay of
such solutions...

The efficient application of PLC tehnology was implemented for control of complex water treatment plants. Grafcet approach was used for both modelling and simulation of controlled object, and later for FBD programming of PLC...
In recent years, computers with their great computational power have assumed very important role in the logic design of industrial digital control systems. The implementation of large-scale digital systems is an example of one design problem which can be impractical to solve by hand. How to enable production engineer to improve the existing control...
A new method was presented for obtaining the minimum state digital control system...The method is invariant due to the technology applied after for control system realization...The necessary step in the design of digital control system, in order to obtain the minimum-state system is identification and elimination of superfluous system's states. Con...
The main objective of this paper is an approach to Computer-Aided-Design of pneumatic control systems. Both the combinational and sequential circuits are treated, as well as deterministic and stochastic circuits. How to enable an engineer to improve the existing pneumatic control system or to design the new one. The author CAD procedure for pneumat...

In the paper, the optimal bang-bang control problem has been treated. The linear time-invariant systems are treated , where the primary objective is to transfer a system from an arbitrary initial state to the determined target set in minimum time. The control variable is imposed to the given constraints. The performance index to be minimized. So, t...
A new synthesis method for complex sequential systems is presented. It is based on optimization algorythm which has been applied on Huffman's method. The final result was PROLOGICA- expert system introducing GRAFCET for modeling, simulation and design of complex sequential systems.
Paper deals with bang-bang optimal control problem associated with hydraulic systems at advanced level. It takes into consideration the control variable constraints, both of physical as wall as of construction origin. The powerful algorythm was given for solving this type of optimal control problems. The case stady was given in order to illustrate...
