Introduction
Lizzy has been a Certified Professional Ergonomist since 2009.
Lizzy works currently with Accenture as a management consultant and designer; and most recently with a social enterprise charity called Community Resources Ltd as their Safety & Wellbeing Partner. Currently Lizzy also provides design and organisational leadership for a local start up farming cooperative and other community led projects.
Lizzy is an experienced designer of management systems, strategy and programs.

I am applying ergonomic tools to manual mattress recycling here in Australia. I will submit a paper to the international Ergonomics Association Congress. I am interested in connecting with others in waste management sectors or doing similar work/research. The tradeoff of manual and mechanised work and what constitutes good work design is of particular interest.
