Introduction
Liz is a leading positive education expert in the UK. She is dedicated to improving the resilience and mental health of schools through applied positive psychology. Through her academic research she has discovered that through specific application the integrated approach of combining positive psychology and evidence based coaching can improve the mental wellbeing of children, young people, including those at risk of developing mental health problems.
