Introduction
I am currently undertaking a PhD at The Centre for Global Food and Resources (GFAR), University of Adelaide - Australia. My thesis investigates factors influencing consumer demand for traditionally farmed meat and alternative protein products (including lab-grown meat, wild meat and plant-based).
