Question
At the moment I'm using silicone coated plates from ExCellness. These plates need to be coated with e.g. collagen type I to allow cell adhesion to the surface. Unfortunately, one of my cell lines does not attach. So, now I want to evaluate the coating: is the coating successful? Is it uniform?
I would like to do this in a way that I can still use that plate afterwards for seeding cells. So, is there a way to evaluate the coating procedure for this?
