Introduction
I am a research assistant at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. The research project I am currently working on called 'Shifting the Gaze' explores imaging on migration and more specifically the representation of people with a migration background in mainstream media. One of the aims of Shifting the Gaze: is to produce personal stories in a co-creationproces together with a group of undocumented migrants.
