Introduction
Started as a clinical medical doctor, I gradually locate my research interests on microbial water quality assessment using diverse molecular methods, such as species-specific quantitative PCR and next generation DNA sequencing approach together with bioinformatic data analysis. My work has been primarily focused on MST of fecal water contamination, waterborne pathogens detection, ARGs profiling and dissecting aquatic microbial diversity under variable anthropogenic and environmental impacts.

We are going to send our transgenic material (originally from tobacco leaves) in a big batch to our project partner in abroad to proceed further on protein purificaiton, But we are not so sure about how we should in good way prepare the samples in order to protect the exp.protein from any possible degradtion during the transportation. Does anybody have any good tips or suggestions on this? Thanks in advance!
