本文基于中国5 省100 村795 户农户的农业生产微观调查数据,运用生命周期评价法核算农户作物种植碳排放量,探讨农户土地转入规模、土地经营规模与作物种植碳排放强度之间的关系。研究发现,2018 年,中国农户作物种植碳排放强度为334.12 千克二氧化碳当量/亩,且区域差异明显;农户土地经营规模扩大能促进作物种植碳排放强度降低,但土地转入规模扩大会对土地经营规模扩大的减碳效应产生抑制。异质性分析表明,农户家庭成员平均受教育程度越高、对农业依赖性越低,土地转入规模对土地经营规模减碳效应的抑制就越弱;土地经营规模扩大的减碳效应和土地转入规模扩大对减碳效应的抑制作用主要发生在土地经营规模较小的农户群体中;从是否支付土地租金来看,支付土地租金的农户群体,其土地转入规模对作物种植碳排放的影响在统计意义...

非农自雇佣是农村劳动力重要的就业选择,其在改善家庭福利,缩小城乡收入差距等方面发挥着重要的作用。在当前“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,农村劳动力非农自雇佣被给予了更大的发展空间。然而,鲜有研究就其对农村人力资本的影响开展分析。本研究旨在基于中国教育追踪调查数据(CEPS)实证分析农村劳动力非农自雇佣对子女综合认知能力的影响及其作用机制。结果表明,农村劳动力非农自雇佣会显著提升子女的认知能力。通过一系列的稳健性检验,该结论依旧成立。进一步讨论发现,劳动力非农自雇佣对不同性别、认知能力处于不同分位点的子女的认知能力均存在显著影响。本文也从多个维度探究了该影响背后的机制,发现,农村劳动力非农自雇佣意味更可能增加对子女的教育投资、促进子女学习投入度以及随迁概率的提升。

本文采用多期具有全国代表性农村调查数据,从劳动力非农就业充分性的视角剖析我国农村劳动力非农就业状况。研究发现:(1)农村劳动力非农工作的充分度在逐渐提升;男性劳动力非农就业充分度高于女性劳动力。然而,女性劳动力非农工作的时长增长 速度要远快于男性。同时,年轻劳动力非农就业的充分性提升的幅度高于年长劳动力。受教育水平越高的劳动力非农就业充分度越高。(2)在2000—2015年间教育一直是提升农村劳动力就业充分度的重要推手,并且教育对女性劳动力的非农就业充分度的提升影响更大。(3)农村劳动力市场中超时劳动与就业不足的情况并存,并且教育对农村劳动力各年份非农工作总量意义上的超时工作有促进作用。教育与农村劳动力就业时长从原来的线性关系逐渐转为倒U型关系,并且拐点在逐渐的前移。

代际传承一直是社会各界关注的重要议题。本文使用具有全国代表性的农村调查数据,采用固定效应模型分析父辈从事自营工商业对子辈从事自营工商业的影响。研究结果表明,农村劳动力从事自营工商业在父辈与子辈之间存在明显的代际传承性。这种代际传承性随着时间的推移有所增强。另外,父辈与不同性别的子辈之间均存在自营工商业的代际传承,且这种代际传承性在父辈与低教育程度的子辈之间更为明显。进一步分析发现,农村劳动力从事挣工资的职业也具有代际传承性。此外,本文分析了农村劳动力从事自营工商业代际传承性背后的机制,发现父辈从事过自营工商业,可以显著地增加家庭的物质资本和社会资本。
