Introduction
My research interests includes learning and social innovation in welfare services, democracy and forms of governance in human services, ethnographies and neoliberal practices in the public sector, social entrepreneurship, voluntary organizations and social enterprises and psychosocial theory and method. Recent publications focus on the current transformations and shifts of paradigms in welfare services focusing on a renewed discourse and practice of cocreation, coproduction and partnership.

PROFRES is a national PhD research school in Norway, funded by the Research Council of Norway for the period 2022-2030. Through 9 partnering institutions we recruit 60 doctoral candidates from 15 PhD-programmes enrolling over 800 PhD candidates. Our programme is designed to meet a twofold and complementary aim: Firstly, to cultivate excellence in a high-quality interdisciplinary learning environment for practice-near and professions-oriented doctoral researchers, with focus on the three major labour sectors in the Welfare State: healthcare, welfare and education. Secondly, to vouchsafe relevance by facilitating new co-creation spaces between academic and practice fields, cultivating innovative knowledge-based professional practice and practice-near research mutually.
To promote the development and application of psycho-societal approaches to research and methodology.
