Introduction
PhD research into Group Relations Conferences, a training method for understanding the unconscious dynamics within a group and between groups. These conferences pioneered by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London 1957, have spread over the world and branched out into societal issues. The research is exploratory and quantitative. A doctoral student from Unisa, I spend most of my time in France and the Netherlands. Willing to help colleagues beginning their careers.
