The aim of this thesis is to contribute to electrical engineering theory and practice by investigating some of the impacts of storage and DG integration, by providing further insight into the technical extent to which ESS and DG influences microgrid, by designing and testing an appropriate V-f regulation algorithm and algorithm for optimal size and allocation of DG.
