Introduction
Current research interests include languages, linguistics, anthropology, history of southern Africa - in particular as pertains to the peoples of the Kalahari - as well as wider African pre-history. Present work includes: language documentation & description, grammatical gender in Ju (Kx'a), pronominal systems in Kalahari Khoe (Khoe), Khoisan-Bantu contact, sound changes cross Kalahari Basin Area languages, pronominal honorification in African languages, as well as research in queer linguistics
