I'm a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of South Wales. My research interests include social media, social commerce, sharing commerce, and the sharing economy. I also conduct research into pedagogy related to the marketing discipline. My previous work has used both qualitative and quantitative methods, as appropriate to the research question.
