I am investigating acute and longitudinal responses/adaptations following neuromuscular/cardiocirculatory exercise training in various populations (e.g., children, adults, athletes, patients, seniors) and settings (e.g., clinic, workplace, school, kindergarten). I am particularly interested in improving seniors' fall risk factors, occupational and general physical activity promotion, exercise training programs in clinical settings and balance, endurance and strength training in general.
