Futurologists predict that a person of the third millennium is a polyglot. It can be explained by the fact that people belonging to different nations, countries and continents, cease to be isolated, they unite common interests. In order to understand each other, knowledge of languages ​​is necessary. Problems of languages development were actively examined for many years, now they demand a new understanding and approach. Our goal is to study this problem and offer our understanding and our methodology for the effective formation of a polylingual personality.
