Kyoo-Man Ha received the PhD Degree from the Department of Political Science, University of Nebraska- Lincoln, U.S. He as assistant professor is working for Rabdan Academy, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Also, he, as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) and a Certificate of Business Continuity Institute (CBCI), is serving as not only the Korean representative for the International Association of Emergency Managers but also the CEM certification commissioner (2023/2025, as the second time).
