Our current topic aim to provide potential drug leads for clinical neurofibroma treatment/prophylaxis through searching for marine-derived therapeutic agents regulating inflammatory response.

This research will apply new strategies and advanced chromatography and mass spectrometry technologies, combined with big data and database analysis, to develop a platform for exploring anti-inflammatory ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), and to establish information on anti-inflammatory metabolic composition to clarify the application of heat-clearing TCMs to inflammatory diseases. In addition to being able to It provides scientific evidence for the use of heat-clearing TCMs drugs in clinical Chinese medicine, and further provides new opportunities for the development of anti-inflammatory composition optimization and extraction analysis methods for the future development of botanicals for the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome.
