The purpose of REACT project is to provide cost-effective way to promote physical activity and reduce sedentary time among older adults. This is done by examining the efficacy of IT based intervention on wake-time physical activity, sedentary time, sleep and other health outcomes among recent retirees. REACT study will be the first randomized physical activity trial targeted to time window right after retirement.
