This research project (of Delft University of Technology & AMS-Institute) will constitute of an analysis of the concept and the methods of (urban) living labs, based on theory and urban living lab practices in the city of Amsterdam.
90 sustainable urban innovation projects in Amsterdam have been quick-scanned, leading to an identification of 10 urban living labs that have been reviewed on the topic of the process method they employ. From these 10 projects a selection will be subject to an depth analysis, eventually leading to contextualised recommendations design and governance of urban living labs.
