Project
Current research could show that adult playfulness positively relates with academic achievement, life satisfaction and the ability to cope with stressors. Furthermore, it relates to innovative behavior and higher job performance, due to the ability to reframe operational procedures. Building upon these findings, three studies were conducted to investigate the question, whether people high in adult playfulness can reach better objective and subjective negotiation outcomes, due to their ability to reframe integrative negotiation issues, compared to people low in adult playfulness.
