Introduction
My main research interests are participation in education and research, action research, guidance and practical ethics. Currently I am involving people with an intellectual disability in social entrepreneurship. I have my main work connected to guidance, coaching and ethics. I have published books, articles and research reports about participation, career guidance, coaching, resolving interpersonal conflicts, practical ethics, peer-to-peer guidance, development work, action research and group learning. In 2015, I won a prize, at what is now Oslo Metropolitan University, for my project - INDIMICRO - Intellectually Disabled Microbankers. INDIMICRO has participated in financing more than 5000 projects.
