Introduction
I am an instructor at Naresuan University. I am working about developing molecular detection using various systems in particular isothermal amplification (LAMP and RPA) combined with reporter assays like CRISPR-cas system (e.g. cas12, cas13) and PNA-GO mechanism. Our ultimate goal is to employ for point-of-care (POC) in various fields like veterinary, agriculture and medical diagnosis. Further, I am interested in plant breeding of Centella asiatica for improving their performance in secondary metabolite production. So now, we are establishing the QTL for their economically important traits.
