I am interested in reward processing, timing and decision making in rodent pre-clinical models of impulsivity. I use behavioral, neurobiological, and computational approaches in my research. I am particularly interested in individual differences in risky and impulsive decision making that emerge from differences in underlying cognitive systems involved in reward valuation. We are working on developing robust behavioral screening techniques to identify sources of dysfunctional choice behavior.
