Introduction
I am currently looking into the phenomenon of business venture creation (Entrepreneurial ventures), exploring the causes of their failure and success. My research focuses on psychological factors, i.e., Self-Efficacy, Entrepreeneurtial Resilience, and Compassion, which help them re-enter into entrepreneurial journey once they got failed.
