About

My research focuses on emotion-cognition interactions using an affective neuroscience approach, including emotional memory, emotion regulation, and affective social cognition. I have expertise with functional magnetic resonance imaging, event-related potentials, psychophysiology, and studies of neuropsychiatric patients. Our paradigms are informed by animal models of emotional learning and provide a translational bridge to understand neural circuit dysfunction in affective disorders.
