Introduction
I am currently member of the RNA Bioinformatics and High Throughput Analysis group led by Manja Marz.
My research interest focuses on the fields of Virus Bioinformatics, Machine-Learning, RNA secondary structure analyses and how all of these can be combined in order to create dedicated and sophisticated tools and pipelines for virologists and their specific questions in the world of viruses.
