Introduction
I currently work as Senior Researcher at the Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training (SFUVET). My areas of interest are occupational identity development, working and training conditions of apprentices, social inequalities, migration and gender. I have experiences in planning and conducting qualitative research and in transferring research findings into practice. I also teach sociology as a Senior Lectuer in the Master of Vocational Education and Training at SFUVET.
