Dr. Kenneth Lui-ming Ngie has obtained a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Newcastle University, Australia. In addition, he has obtained an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, UK; and an MSc from Napier University, UK. Based on the results of his research on service quality, a new model of service quality for service sector has been developed and visualized via academic/professional platforms.
