Introduction
I am actively seeking new research projects and collaboration opportunities in the areas of sports training, yoga, and their impacts on physical and physiological health. With extensive experience in studying the effects of various training modalities, such as medicine ball exercises, aerobic training, and high-intensity interval training, I am keen to expand my research further into integrative approaches that combine yoga and sports science.
