Introduction
Kamel BEN SALEM earned a Doctorate in Engineering (1984) in Data Analysis from the University of Pierre & Marie Curie and a "Doctorat d'Etat" in Computer Science from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis (1992). He is currently Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science of the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis (University of Tunis El Manar), where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Numerical Algorithms, Probability, and Data Analysis since 2000. He has been involved in research teams especially interested in Data missing Reconstitution since 1990. He co-authored numerous publications in international journals and conferences. He has been involved in several research projects with partners from Tunisia and France.
