Introduction
Dr Kam K.H. NG is currently an Assistant Professor in Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), Hong Kong SAR. He was the Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He received the B.Sc. Degree and Ph.D. Degree in Department of ISE, PolyU. His research interests are air traffic control, operations research, robust optimisation, optimisation methods and artificial intelligence.
