Introduction
Dr. Kaltoum BELHASSAN got her PhD in hydrogeology in 2011 from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Fez ,"Morocco". Before her thesis was complete she had already published a number of papers which almost of them are about water and climate change and they would form part of the work of her thesis. In addition, Dr. Kaltoum BELHASSAN is very passionate of water sciences.
