Introduction
Kailash Jandu has a Master of Science (Gold Medal) in Health Psychology from the University of Hyderabad. He is the recipient of the University Grants Commission-NET Lectureship and the prestigious UGC-Junior Research Fellowship. Currently, he is a Senior Fellow pursuing his Doctorate in the field of Positive Psychology at the Department of HSS, IIT Kharagpur. He is primarily interested in the domains such as grit, achievement, mental health, happiness, well-being, and flourishing.
