Solar Energy is one of the most abundant renewable sources of energy and free on planet earth. For water mounted solar photovoltaic systems, HDPE material is found to be best suited for the manufacturing of floating bed structure. The major limitation in this regard is the effect of UV radiations present in the natural environment that leads to the...
Article
The atmospheric pollution from the aviation industry can be decreased through the consumption of Renewable Energy (RE) based electricity generation for airport operations. Among the various RE technologies, the solar PV system is most suitable in the airport environment. The technical performance of the solar PV system installed on the premises of...

Imagine if Mahatma Gandhiji were reborn today. What profound advice would he offer to the young generation facing the challenges of the 21st century? His counsel would likely resonate with a single, powerful concept: "Sustainalism." In this narrative, we present "Sustainalism" as a truly transformative and sustainable global solution. To comprehend...

Soot emission or carbon black is considered as a major challenge recently. Generally, internal combustion engines have been introduced as the main source of these materials specially in urban areas. Different methods are proposed to control soot emission of diesel engine such as DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) which is attached to the engine exhaus...
Article
Sustainability has become a focus area for practitioners and scholars due to the growing socio-economic issues. The sustainability of airport operations is being raised in various international platforms. This paper aims to identify the dimensions of sustainability and evaluate sustainable practices in airports of selected ASEAN countries. The vari...
Article
Solar PV development gained airport operators' attention in the wake of its negligible carbon emission and onsite electricity generation. The solar PV projects in airports cater to its energy, economic and environmental needs. A comprehensive study on multi-dimensional performance aspects of the airport-based solar PV system is not presented anywhe...

Due to the concerns with harmful emissions, airports have a great interest in solar photovoltaic technology. On the one hand, the vacant land areas in the airport can house solar PV arrays. On the other hand, there is an aviation safety issue due to the reflections from the solar PV arrays. This paper aims to perform a glare analysis of a conceptua...
Article
There is a growing interest in airport-based solar PV systems. At the same time, there is the possibility of glare from the solar PV array, which is a potential aviation safety issue. This paper's main objective is to estimate the technical solar power potential of an airport and assess glare impact for six different scenarios of PV array. These co...

India is very rich in solar energy, with a total of 3000 sunshine hours annually in most places. The installation of on-grid rooftop electricity-generation photovoltaic (PV) systems is currently undergoing substantial growth and extension as an alternate source of energy that contributes to Indian buildings. This paper analyses the viability of mou...
Article
Graphene has attracted much attention from various researchers because of its enhanced mechanical, thermal, and physio-chemical properties. Graphene exhibits high thermal conductivity and stability, less erosion and corrosion than other available nanoparticles. Various existing literature signifies a large portion of the research focuses on stabili...

The quality of the drying process depends mainly on the efficient use of thermal energy. Sustainable systems based on solar energy takes a leading role in the drying of agro-products because of low operating cost. However, they are limited in use during off–sun periods. Biomass dryer is one of the simplest ways of drying because of its potential to...

Energy is one of the most essential parts of our universe. Energy has come to be known as a ‘strategic commodity’ and any uncertainty about its supply can threaten the functioning of the entire economy. Sun is the plentiful source of energy freely & enormously available throughout the world. Solar energy is considered to be one of the more encourag...

Question
I am able to get a graph of hydrogen loading per cell for specific pressures. We don't get data set in material studio when we do adsorption study . So how to determine the u hydrogen uptake %.H2 uptake from the absolute adsorption amount (Nab) for various Pressure condition(Low,Medium and high).Wee have calculated adsorption loading (per cell) vs pressure but in the literature, they have found out hydrogen uptake(wt%) vs pressure which we don’t know
