Pant University, Pantnagar and Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Dr Singh has more than 40 years of research experience in the field of agricultural economics and extension research. His interests include rural poverty, gender studies, agricultural policy, value chain analysis, market-led extension and crops/ livestock economics.
