I want to test for sex-biased dispersal between male and females sampled from the SAME population. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do this? I know there are options in Genalex (corrected assignment index) and FSTAT, but I am unsure whether these tests are applicable to individuals taken from the same population. And FSTAT does not take my input file...
