I am particularly interested in maturity/capability models and challenges for HR. Besides possible maturity models I am interested in possible resistance to change. Unfortunately the term 4.0 seems to be widely used but I do not see a field where it had been fully adapted. Most of the time publications seem to focus on the technical aspects, not HR.
I am thankful for every hint towards HR related research.
